Introduction
In today’s rapidly changing era, artificial intelligence technologies are creating new opportunities and challenges. To respond proactively to these changes, there is a growing need for innovative and creative convergence talents who possess not only specialized expertise but also the ability to demonstrate their capabilities across various advanced fields.
Accordingly, the College of AI Convergence aims to nurture responsible and creative convergence talents who prioritize society and people and contribute through technology, in response to the rapidly evolving information society. The college is comprised of the following departments and programs that integrate artificial intelligence: AI Convergence Electronics Engineering, Semiconductor Systems Engineering, Computer Science and Engineering, Information Security, Quantum Information Science and Engineering, Design Innovation, Comics and Animation Tech, Intelligent Internet of Things, Department of Cyber Defense, Department of Defense Artificial Intelligence and Robotics Convergence Engineering, Artificial Intelligence Data Science, Department of Artificial Intelligence and Robotics, Department of Artificial Intelligence and Information Technology, and the Department of Software.
Through these programs, students study and research fundamental and core theories and technologies while engaging in diverse teaching and learning methods designed to cultivate creative practical abilities and competencies. Furthermore, the college seeks to specialize in AI convergence-related fields and serve as a hub for AI convergence education, placing emphasis on fostering creative convergence talents equipped with both expertise and diversity.
